We accept payments with IDEAL or PayPal. Your information is not stored and is secured and invisible to third parties.
Shipment
We offer free shipping for NL orders over €49.95.
Your shipment should not take longer than five business days.
The costs are €3.90 for small packages and €5.90 for larger packages.
Costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Shipments are processed by PostNL or personally delivered by us if you live nearby.
Returns
If the product(s) from your order do not meet your needs, you can return them within 15 days of receipt
To do that you need to contact us by email, DM or phone. We will immediately send you a return label that you must attach to the package.
The purchase amount will be refunded within seven days after we have received the item back.
We will only refund the purchase amount of your order, not the original shipping costs.
